“Before moving into this property. We had been renting for approximately 10 years. Unfortunately, it hadn't always been smooth sailing with getting landlords to do repairs and keep on top of the maintenance of the properties.

For me, the plan gave us a sense of security. It also allowed me to spend money on the property and not feel like I was giving my money away to somebody else. That it was something for my future and my family's future, that investing wasn't throwing money away.

We also landscaped the garden on and made it a little bit more pet friendly because one of the other things that it allowed us to do was to have dogs! We're big animal fans and we've got three dogs and this plan allowed us to do that. It was, liberating.
