“The plan appealed to us so we could secure the home that we wanted whilst saving alongside because at the time we saw the house, we didn't have the required deposit for a mortgage.

So we have been able to carry out home improvements that included a garage conversion into an additional bedroom. And we've also whilst living been here, being able to have two family dogs that we wouldn't have been able to have if we rented elsewhere.

My advice to anybody that was looking to join the plan will be, it's a great way and a secure way to secure the house that you want. Being able to upgrade the house into a home as ever you want, and also at the same time, being able to put the right amount of money away to achieve the deposit amount for a mortgage when you're looking to take on from the house."
